Truck Spilling Load

So this morning coming out of London M40 i was just passing the polish war memorial in lane two driving a double Decker arctic when the car in front of me slams on his brakes for no apparent reason coursing me to stand on the brakes and nearly mess my trousers, the car then pulls into lane one and let me pass, i obviously gave him the horn (not in a ■■■■■■ way) .

i then pass the car and get showered in large sized stones from the unsheeted roll on roll off traveling in lane one i pulled along side the tripper driver wave my arms and point to the rear of his truck and make like spilling gestures he gives me the thumbs up and carries on and this point my lane slows up and he passes me, again still dropping stones all over the carriageway and by this time i now have 3 nice sized bulls eye chips in the screen and sevrel chips …

so i managed to get passed again and take the company name and number , i give them a call and speak to the transport manager and he assured me that he will call the driver and tell him to pull over to check his load …

15 minutes pass and were both now on the M25 and he’s still behind me with no sign of pulling over i can see drivers in my rear view swerving passing and gesturing , i’m so glad i wasn’t behind this moron in my car i would have been fuming chipped/or dented bodywork cracked and chipped windscreen , so name and shame …

Its not really needed though is it, we all ■■■■ up from time to time and those who claim they dont are lying,

Probably because the 57% who voted against it are the self righteous on here who ■■■■ it up and blame other people!!

What an ignorant joker, he must of new something was wrong judging by people’s reactions. Lazy waster.

And thats what determinds a good driver imo but i still dont think he needs to be posting up details.

Perharps his sheet didnt work and his govner is an ■■■■■■■■ and was f’ing and blinding at him down the phone to get it deliveried. No defence granted but i struggle to understand why a driver would carry on if his load was fallling off without there being some kind of reason.

I agree. And if another driver gives you ‘the down’ you get out and check. I would have been well ■■■■■■ off if he’d passed me :exclamation:

unless someone had a gun to his head then he should of stopped, there can’t be many other valid reasons for not stopping in this sort of circumstance, a ranting and raving boss is not one :sunglasses: :sunglasses:

What annoys me most of all is that if I had taken my eye off the ball and been looking else where for the split second the driver jammed his brakes on both myself and BMW driver would have been seriously hurt and truck driver would have carried on his merry way with out even knowing what happened behind …

As soon as you’ve been made aware of an unsafe loaf you stop end of…

So why not call the police  sure they would have stopped him

I know that nobody want to be a grass etc but this was dangerous & as you said had tried to warn him even called said company up but to no avail

er simples … the driver ignored you basicly , ring plod insecure load bang he wont do it again :unamused:
