I know the subject of sat navs has probably been kicked about abit but I just I need to ask this.
As a Class 2 driver and fairly new one at that, I am just wondering how good the your Tom Tom’s and Garmin sat navs are when it comes to town and local deliveries go… so for example would they send you round housing estates or thin roads? (bearing in mind your class 2 vehicle might technically fit but for parked cars)
I ask because I was using a sat nav app and I missed my turning and it then tried to send me back by going up a housing area…in panic I did, and got in a real pickle. The nav probably did right given my 8ft wide vehicle measurements but it wasn’t appropriate due to parked cars.
