Truck rear ends semi truck

A south bound 5 ton truck rear ended a parked 18 wheeler. The accident was on highway 5 near Merritt, BC, Canada. The driver of the 5 ton did survive, and was taken to hospital.

Usually there is a lot of snow this time of year… Unseasonably warm temperatures. I did not even use snow chains even once this winter… :smiley:

Allegedly the air time truck had over heated his brakes. The truck was stopped in the right lane. BTW the shoulder was wide enough to park a full sized truck. There was no need for him to be parked in the right lane.
