Truck Navigation SD Card

sorry if this as been done to death i’ve done some reserch before i’ve posted this , but still abit confused if i buy the sd card does any one now if it will then bring my tom tom go 720 unit inline with a tom tom 7000 i.e all the bridge hights and weight limits .

i had a lot of probs with my 520 with the truck on it in the end i went out and got a brand new tomtom 7000 truck sat nav i had it 4 weeks it is the best truck sat nav i have used and i have tried out 3 truck sat navs it did cost £425.00  but it is tip top. Tomtom is the best on the market

cheapest option is sd card but you need the maps and navcore plus keygen in order to patch files. it works very well on my 520 no probs.
look around you should find help on the net,

best option in my opinion is to download the ProCab+ from this site.
hgvsolutions.com/index.htm mine cost me £54.99 and it works very well, heights, widths, weights, truckstops, etc.

does that setup “guide” you around the routes so you completely avoid the low bridges etc or does it just “show” them as poi’s on the map and you have to avoid them yourself?
as for the majority of pois they “sell” you most are freely and legally available on the net
so why pay for them

i have no idea but surely they wouldn’t sell the map without the navcore it needs to work properly. save ourself £150 and download it for free, it works brilliantly
