Thats what happens when you ignore warnings .Its happened to mine twice first time i ignore the warning and it went in to limp mode .Second time got it done
at the earliest time i could .Mines only done 250000 km .

Mines never had a warning whatsoever in 950k. No adblue system is the way forward, literally

Correct I did ignore the warning, Daf aid cleared the fault two weeks ago . Oh well new adblue pump was needed, so if anyone has this fault possible add blue failure, £1200 for a pump shocking

Hi I am not saying I am correct ,but if it has run for 2 weeks are you sure it is the pump ■■?..A lot of pumps are changed needlessly…and are mis-diagnosed at the roadside …When you have a fault code as you do .the first thing they should do is to go on to RMI there all the info relating to that code is stored ,It is a yes no fault tree …Is the fault present yes no then it tell you what step to go to next and so on till it tells you what is wrong ,(that is the tech has followed the steps and carried out the tests correctly)…I recently had one with the same warnings on the DIP ,note they are just GENERIC …But at the end it said clear the faults because it passed all the tests ,because it had already had the faults cleared 24 hours earlier,i wasn’t prepared to clear them…So I started at the tank and it was gunged up …So the fault tree isn’t perfect by any means but it is 98% there ,it needs someone who can think outside the box when it shall we say lies

Thank you for response, when daf aid came out he hooked up to computer obviously. I told him it’s a reoccurring fault as it’s been cleared before I’m no mechanic so I accepted he new more than me, and he changed the pump we will see how it goes. MERRY XMAS EVERYONE
