Yes they did, aimed mainly at youngsters wanting to get into transport. Talks about the well debated new drivers struggling to get work without experience but doens’t really offer any answers. Interesting bit about Eddie Stobart taking C Class drivers and employing them to train to C+E - not sure how real an opportunity that is though.
