I am sick of it, been off nearly a week 
These things often get reported, but it’s rarely reported later how it happened and who was to blame after all the investigations have been completed. Is there a way to find out? Only the most high profile ones have a follow up in the news if there’s been an inquest or custodial sentence after fatalities. Looks like one of the lorries drifted (sorry Tnuk csi), but no way of telling what actually happened if it’s not reported at a later date. Until it is reported, I blame the cyclist.
