Easy really, your attention is wrongly focused on the front near side alone and you neglect for a split second what the offside rear of your trailer is doing (in this case it was climbing an embankment) and voila, your trailer is having a lie down.

Mastering possessive apostrophes is very impressive when considering a lot of the simpler stuff you seem to have not.

In the good old days - British drivers from the actual locale drove the roads in that area - thus removing both the need for Satnavs that hadn’t been invented yet, or drivers from outside the area, as the wages were high enough to attract “father to son” locale talent into the jobs as they became vacant.
