His name is Sir Topham Hatt.
We went to Thomas Land at Drayton Manor last year and I can’t remember ever seeing or hearing a reference to a ‘Fat’ anything- he looks a bit posh though, I expect he’ll eventually be wearing a boiler suit, flat cap and be gender neutral.
