OK guys, it’s time for another ‘where was dieseldave?’
This one is in the UK and needs two answers…
Q1 What is the name of this roundabout?
Q2 What road number? (It’s an ‘A’ road.)
Clue: The ‘A’ road is just off-pic and is to both the left AND right as you look at the pic.

Good luck.
tonyb70:
A442 at Telford?
Hi tonyb70, I guess it might depend on how big the locals reckon Telford is, but the name of the roundabout is what I’m looking for…
The road number is a ‘near-miss’ though…
thats garrison roundabout on the A518
yep Garrison roundabout on the A518 , at Donnington.
take it you just came from MOD Donnington via the underpass thats off the roundabout behind you ?

So that is where you were. I have had the kettle boiling for a week
The pretender Donnington has come up more recently than normal, with some people riding round looking for a racetrack & found a racecourse, some found Donnington Castle, No-one found Castle Donington, some found Newbury but not Nottingham.

CONGRATULATIONS to biggusdickusgb

Hi BigJon, that’s so correct it’s scary, cos you’ve even got the orientation right too…
Spot-on mate, I had come through the underpass out of MOD Donnington.
But, biggus beat you to it by over an hour…
the inlaws live 5 mins from that roundabout so know it quite well

Not to worry Mr Wheel Nut sir, cos I’ll be at your Donnington in October.
(Subject to confirmation.)

Yes, Donnington is almost as common a place name as “Newport.”
