Transport Co's in North Yorks

Hi all does anyone know of any transport co’s in the whitby scarborough areas of north yorks we are looking to relocate and just looking into the job situation up there thanks

a bit further than you wanted but a lot of prestons of potto drivers live over that way

Houseman’s at Darley near Harrogate and Thirsk
Hymas of Burton Leornard near Harrogate

Maybe a bit of fish transport off the harbour, not much because we have eaten all the cod!

How about a subby working out of McCains, they may be interested in an outbased driver.

Or probably a much better bet, just get out of the transport game and enjoy the scenery, share a few sheep. Sorry I meant shear :laughing:

Teesside is a very easy (and pretty) commute from Whitby and do-able from Scarborough and there are loads of hauliers up there.

Do your research on Whitby if you’re planning to move there. To the average Joe it’s a quaint seaside town but when you strip away the tourists it’s actually a drug-ridden hell hole.

So is Bridlington , but it doesn’t stop all the West Yorkshire folk, comfort’s they are called as in, “Eyup t’owld luv,wiv comfort week!” :stuck_out_tongue:

Cheers for that fella’s i saw a couple of the TEF MAN’s when i was up that way last week (quite a tidy looking fleet)

Never had owt to do with Brid. Last time I was there for a wander I was about 10. :open_mouth: Scarborough is better for women imho :slight_smile: Chick I was seeing from Whitby opened my eyes to the ‘quaint Whitby’ mental image I had by going out for walks after 8pm and seeing it all going on. :open_mouth: Whitby is a close second to Middlesboro’ for being chav central of NE.
