Tramping vs Trunking

Hello Truckers !
Being a foreigner (yeap, one of those youtube.com/watch?v=768h3Tz4Qik ) I find it hard to understand the difference between trunking and trumping. Would you be so kind and explain me how they differ from eachother ? And how would long haul into europe would be defined ?
Thank you in advance

Tramping, staying out over night.
Trunking, going from one depot to another, and back, repeatedly.

Tramping is staying out all week in the truck, trunking is doing the same route/job every single day week in, week out. Trumping on the other hand…

C’mon do not be so serious, I really wasn’t sure about the very definition. Thank you for clearing up that for me. Yes I mix lorry and truck, here in UK are lorries in US trucks, but forum is called trucknet so…. I’ll try not to mix it anymore.
