Driving, loading/unloading & sleeping pretty much

I’ve only been doing it or a few months myself but that’s basically it tbh.

Money varies depending on your location usually.

EDIT: Regarding companies that take on new drivers. I wouldn’t really bother looking for any specifically just apply/take CV’s to everyone. Even if their job advert saying experience essential etc, it won’t hurt to apply anyway.

tramping in the UK is generally starting on a monday morning, and staying out all week until you get back on friday evening or saturday morning

what do you mean, money?

money to take with you or money paid to you by the company?

some drivers don’t take a lot of cash with them, but use a debit card

money for doing it, varies depending on who you work for

companies that give newbies a chance are out there, you will just have to be patient in finding one

The money you make because you probably wouldn’t have much to spend it on .No rent to worry about especially if single with no kids .Also anybody recommend any decent companies .

Re companies thanks for advice on above 2 posts .

Depends on what area & who you work for as shuttlespanker says

Night out money can vary as well also some give a meal allowance some dont some give other bounces / incentives

You may still have to pay rent etc if not at home

Tramping isn’t just monday to Friday, if your in the fresh/chilled food sector it is day and night, 24/7, 365 days a year.
