Hello all,
Just wondering if anyone here has an opinion on or has used Scania’s own training in Milton Keynes? Amongst many other things they offer a ‘unique workbook’ that logs driver’s progress, a bit like an audit trail that can be presented to potential employers.
I live in Norwich so MK for me would be the closest training facility they provide. Would it be more beneficial for me to go with a local trainer here in Norwich where I am more familiar with roads etc?
Any comments would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Keith
I used Peter Smythe Transport Training, but did look in to Scania before I booked. Pete offers free accommodation so could be worth looking at his site.

Visit at least a couple of local providers then make your mind up.
I’m a great believer in supporting local businesses as long as the service they are providing is of a good standard and value for money.

We keep full training records for each candidate. This helps everyone see the progress that’s being made and where more effort may be needed.
As Paul said, book a couple of assessments. If you are happy with what you see, go for it. If not, my details are easily found.
