just spent a considerable amount of money with an agency!i wont mention names but they advertise in the daily papers.failed my first test in august for class c waited 3 months for another,eventually passed in january.demanded a refund on my fee-answer-no chance 
and thats polietly 
my advice to anyone -shop around ,dont be sucked in by theses glamour adverts[/img]
