Oh dear oh dear oh dear, traffic was held up for 15 minutes, absolutely shocking. Bad route planning though, maybe he’d popped home to show his kids his big truck. 
Having done this job and it’s destination it is the only way into the place.
Because different route on a map looks easyer weight restrictions cause big issues especially in London with underground. .
Technically despite the reports the truck wasn’t jammed as the driver had stopped before they hit the pole on the inside and the traffic light on the outside and had the car drivers around them been more alert as to what was going on and given them some room they’d have been able to reverse back into the road.
