cus i passed my car test after 97 i was told i cant tow a trailer or caravan■■? if not do i have to take a test in a 7.5t■■? 
As far as I understood it, if you want those entitlements on your licence you have to get them seperately. By “upgrading” to 7.5t doesn’t give you trailer / caravan towing rights… Or so I was led to beleive! I passed in 94…
