Took my trailer for mot test and it failed on a brake inbalance on 1 axle,tester says bring it back within 14 days and it’s just a brake test required no need for full mot again,has the retest got to be done at original test centre or if it goes elsewhere is it a full test again?
Take in anywhere for a retest but you must take all,the failure paperwork with you. They won’t just brake test it though - They will want to check for any work carried out - Hubs off - New chamber etc.

I know it’s difficult before the work’s done but I find you do want to get on to booking one asap as since it’s gone to ATFs I generally find they don’t prioritise retests quite as much as they used to.
