Still some great pics on this thread, however, I have a small request…The thread is about Tour “TRUCKS” but is there any chance of posting up some intereior shots of the layout of those mega tour BUSES please.

They certainly look the dogs doo dhaa`s and look like they are fitted out to quite a high standard!

my first tour truck at TransAm, (came off a 144 530 chipped to 620)down to Karlsruhe, tipped, sat for 5 days while everything got tested for the tour, then told my load could fit in the other trucks if they spread it out. Me and another bloke came back empty, as both our motors were rentals as were the trailers. 2days after getting home, got a proper motor, and went down to Portugal with Metallica.
Portugal, mine on the left, 1st of 3 motors i had.

as per your request bullit…here goes!
she’s 22 tonnes unladen, add, on average, 10-15 punters per tonne, rear axle is lift/steer, allthough we rarely run with it up


entry thru the front door, into cab area


my office, the bus chassis/cab is based on a mercedes design, hence the same style buttons/controls. fully auto or semi auto 8 speed 'box, excellent retarder which will happily bring you to a near stop without touching the brakes


fold down full size driver bunk, entry door into main living area

upstairs bunk area, sleeps up to 16, usually only layed out for 14 as two extra bunks go accros the front up to the top windscreen
