You could always tie a bike to the back of your cab and go for a ride if you know it’s going to be a while.

Get a cheap suspension trainer from aldi and hang it on the back of the truck. A couple of cheap kettlebells from Argos will take care of your weight training needs

For cardio, all you need is a pair of trainers. Even running on the spot has cardio advantages. If you don’t mind drawing attention to yourself, a skipping rope is also an excellent training aid.

Can you occasionally park somewhere where you can squeeze a walk in? Up the steps? Not always easy I know if in a layby, though some have footpaths of them.
Worst case get a job doing supermarket and cage delivery, that keeps ya fit!
Good luck though, better than just sitting and staring at your phone for 45 mins!

I’m 5’11 and found I could do star jumps in an FH. Gets the heart going.

You can also do planks and buy a grip exercise thing which weighs almost nothing. Other than pull ups just hanging is good for the shoulders and grip (and some say for the spine but not much evidence). also - bodyweight squats

I tried that Rob once in a Daf Cf. As you know I’m 6’ 4" and it didn’t end well.

As for you being 5’ 11…maybe you were before you cut yer hair mate but those days have gone, bit like your hair
I’ve got some double sided tape in the kitchen drawer you can have chief, wap some on yer bonce and shave the beard. Sprinkle on top and hey presto…you will look like one of the Bee Gee’s.

PS. On a more serious note mate, I bumped into young Tom from your place yesterday at TJ Morris & he told me Arif was poorly. Tell him I was asking about him, cheers Rob.

Grab a couple of the resistance bands, there are a load of exercises on youtube you can do in your cab or outside, they are cheap as chips and pack away into a small bag. I got mine from Decathlon.

I also had some ankle & wrist weights resistant bands foam roller spike ball
Can also do sit up on the bunk there are a lot you can do if you think about it
