Most important thing is you are ok ish other kids ok hope the wife is ok no it is not nice for you both but time will heal & can try again
My niece had a miscarriage a few years back at 19 weeks ( was a blessing really as would have been severely disabled she was due her 20 week scan which would have shown this ) now has another who has just turned 2 so did end well
