Would have thought all your drivers would be on same pay scale as you all work for same company but in different branches.!!
p.s. is this the same manager you had a barny with and got disciplined? Wonder if thats why your not getting overtime etc.Seems to be no set pay structure whatsoever, its the same manager, I have to ask the main boss but I’m sure they will speak to him about me requesting a pay rise …
I wouldn’t hold your breath then, cos I don’t think he’ll be jumping through hoops to help you out. I should probably look for another job before asking.
