Does anyone actually sleep on the top bunk when away? Or are they just used for storage?
I use mine for the latter, but think it would be far more useful to have some cupboards on the back wall instead.

Volvo, been fitting back wall cupboards for years.
Used to buy the fh with the office pack where the bottom bunk turns into chairs and table, but now just spec bottom bunk with cupboards above and microwave in the centre cupboard, seems drivers would rather have that now.

Got to be honest, I’d be more than happy with either spec! Although I reckon the office pack would be my pick of the two!

My top bunk is for storage. The ADR kit bag ,shovel ,spare clothes , shovel and trailer brush.
But if you do sleep on the top bunk you have a better view on the trailer for the slashers and the fuel tank for the scum who steal diesel.
The trick is to not pull the cab curtain all the way, but leave a small gap to peek out on night time prowlers and thieves.
I have had the top bunk crash down while driving for not securing it properly and it it nearly gives you a myocardial infarction.
