It’s in NRW Pete, 33378 Rheda-Wiedenbrück. It’s right beside the A2 autobahn.
I would think you will cross into Germany at the Straelen border and you can get the maut either at the border or in the service stations just after Eindhoven or just after the Asten exit on the A67 in Holland. Get the maut from Straelen Bundesgrenze to the Rheda-Wiedenbrück exit. Exit the autobahn, and loop round over the A2 and head toward Rheda and the place is on your right.
No shortage of truck stops on the A2, you are spoilt for choice for places to park, eat.

Just got back unfortunately due to a driver going sick the company had to juggle the loads about a bit so instead of going too Germany we had a short hop over too France.We left on Saturday on the Celtic Link (SINK 
)from Rosslare to Cherbourg then a straight run down the E46 around Cean A88/A28 around Le Mans next stop Dawn meats in Montbazon France.The most interesting thing that happen was heading back into Cherbourg forgot about weight restriction 
other than that very uneventful
