I’ve just noticed that TomTom MyDrive (Windows version) now has a truck setting when you click “my route”.
You can set weight, height etc and then send the route to a compatible car sat nav.
Might be handy to anyone that has a lap top/ tablet and just a normal car satnav.
As far as I know the Android version hasn’t got the truck setting.
I’ve just tried it on a couple of local routes with low bridges and it found them OK.
Might be of use to someone.
