Just a quick question for some of you clever clogs :wink:

I have a TomTom sat nav which up until recently worked great but the battery stopped holding a charge. I would fully charge it,then next day it wouldn`t even turn on as the battery was flat. I ordered a replacement battery,which was a pain in the ■■■ to fit,and thought that would be an end of the problem but the ■■■■ thing still wont turn on,even after a full charge! :imp:

The charger is ok and I`ve also tried charging it through a USB port with the same results.

Any ideas, O wise ones…■■? :laughing: :laughing:

sounds like its gonna be internal part of the charging system. to be honest best get intouch with tomtom uk and see if its worth repairing.depending on age they may do it for free but if not get a quote . locals could do it but wouldnt really trust them.

Gonna give the tt to a friend of mine who is a bit of an electronics geek to have a poke about!
