Tomtom 7000 vs 7100

Hi all,

I’ve recently started driving class 2 (or category C), mainly on plant hire work.

I’ve currently got a Tomtom One V2 car sat nav, which I really like, however I’m thinking of upgrading to a truck specific model.

Which of the above would you recommend? Obviously it goes without saying that no device can be relied on 100%, driver common sense is still required, but I’m thinking that route planning would be easier with a device more suitable for trucks, especially as several of my deliveries will be in the London area.

Your comments/advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

He 7000 is based on better hardware ie the unit is basically the go 730. The 7100 is based on the 1000 which knowing what I know isn’t the best bit of hard ware going
