Tomorrows Farm Sale at Elmstone Hardwicke Photos

Photos of vehicles in tomorrows farm sale at Elmstone Hardwick. There was a three hour preview today and there were not many people having a look around . It is true to say these two Commers are the best there is on offer unless you want a seized up stationary engine or a rusty combine.

A flat with sides built up from angle and wooden planks.A dent below the windscreen.

All alloy tipper.Window missing from passenger door. Both have the passenger seats missing but still have the jack in the holder at the back of the cab. Made legal and with a good wash they could be on the road.

A bit work needed on this one.

1930,s S and D . Still in the original Cheltenhan Corporation livery. Comes with the handbook I think.

1941 Preistman tracked excavator,

Cheers Phil.

Cheers Phil.

That one certainly looks like it is worth a punt.

Do we know what engine is in the Commers Phil.

Hello John,
Both the Commers have TS3 engines. There is also a TS3 engine driving a generator on a two wheel trailer.

Cheers Phil.

I have just found out that the Commers in the sale went for £4.500 and £5,000. The same person also bought the three S&D freighters for about £2.000.
