Just been on Tom Tom routes web site and it now allows you to set a truck route with truck dimensions etc all settable as well , so you get a true route now not a car one
If that means that when I go on Tom Tom site for a free update etc for my bog standard car sat nav, and it now becomes a specced up proper bona fide 300 quid style truck sat nav for the 60ish quid I paid for it, I will definitely see the funny side of that after all the stick I have give out to the truck sat nav reliant on here.
Ok maybe I misunderstand but it is still amusing to my warped soh.

Just your mind I’m afraid
It’s on the web route planner you can use on tom tom web site but it does have a function if you’ve logged in via my tomtom it will send it to your sat nav

I’m pretty sure it only just sends the destination to your satnav, not the actual route to take. Your satnav would plan the route based on weather it’s a car or truck device.
