why when i turn on the ignition does it cut out all the satelittes 
this happens more frequently then i would like
It may be getting a small power surge. What happens if you unplug it before
you turn on the ignition?
On the other hand if it is cutting out satellites then you can expect a knock on the door from NASA. 
i will try unplugging before i turn it on next time i get in it
