Tolls to valencia

Hi all can anyone tell me what the road tolls would be from le havre to valencia going via bourges and clermont ferrand please and would this be the cheapest way.

cheapest is down via Bordeaux then via San Sebastian, Pamplona, Ricla, Teruel

thanks for that have you any idea what the cost would be please.
Is it all good road for an artic going that way.

not sure but le havre to tours on the A28 is about 78 euro :open_mouth: there is a cheaper route via rouen, evreux, dreux and chartres and on down the N10 towards tours, thats free except from le havre to rouen.
then tours to poitiers about 30ish off at poitiers south to bordeaux on N10 all free.
3 tolls on A63 bordeaux to irun total about 15 euros then irun to sunbilla, pamplona is free and from there down AP15 to tudela is 3.50 euros from there its free all the way down the A23

The french tolls work out at 144.50 euros for Le harve (well Harfluer as it wouldn’t let me put in Le Harve  ) to Poitiers and then 19.90 Euros from Bordeaux to Irun.

Welshboyinspain’s route is 34.70 for Le Harve to Rouen, Then 30.90 Euros from Tours to Poitiers and then 19.90 Bordeaux to Irun.

I used the route Vascocigles reccomended last year and it was mostly new motorway, with some really cheap tolls. I think one was 95 cents. :open_mouth:

What’s the Sunbille route like?

Although we have no problems about using toll routes, be nice to use a few national roads now and then just to make a change.

the sunbilla road has now been completely upgraded and is wider and smoother than it used to be plus the mountain is considerably smaller than the one from san sebastian to pamplona or burgos, decent parking as well.

i know its not much but the 2 tolls via san sebastian to pamplona are about 7 euros but do that every week and it soon mounts up.

I spent 20 years taking artics and drawbars along there with no problems

thanks very much for all that much appreciated.I used to run that dreux chartres road years ago in the old sun valley days, when we first started going down there it was all single track road but was gradually updated to dual carriageway alot of the way. I suppose everybody tends to use that A28 now though.
Not been down to Spain for 18 months now, just trying to get my boss to bring his own onions back up if not i’ll be looking for another job to Spain, trying to learn the language at the moment hard going though.

just be careful at the bottom of the N10 before Tours you MUST turn left at Chateau Renault for the A10 because the weight limit that was at nights is now 24hrs

thanks for that welshboy in spain just got to persuade my boss to do the job now. Do you know of any firms running down to spain on a regular basis, at least then I could look for another job if he wont do it. Lost alot of our usual work now to a dutch firm using foreign drivers and vehicles, typical eh.

they’ve got loads of new trucks on the road so there’s every possibility that they might be looking and perseverence will pay off in the end
