toll costs

been a while since I dusted orf me furry clogs and my mate says manaul, I’lI be up front and am asking how much does it now cost to run from Calais to Mont blanc on peage’s these days, like i said been a while since I took 60 tonne :open_mouth: in a seddon over the top just missed a fire in tunnel :imp: and boat sank, BUT a no Bull straight to the jugular answer would be great, if coffeeholic answer’s the question can i have one of your lepard skin thongs signed to go with the book  you so kindly singed :sunglasses: in Calais when we we’re waiting for the navy and defeat :unamused: the immigrants to arrive all those years ago. thanks trucking buddies. ■■

 Hi there mate, I ran down to Rome last week with a 7.5 tonner class 3 and the tolls were about 180 euro’s through France and the Blanc was 120 euros class 3 I thing it maybe slightly some if its up to 44 ton…

The Mont Blanc tunnel cost 243 euro’s oneway for 44 ton or 388 euros return and thats valid for 2 weeks, hope this helps a little :exclamation: :exclamation: :exclamation:

:bulb:  The wonders of t’ t’internet, Mont Blanc has a web site : http://www.tunnelmb.net/v3.0/gb/tarifgb.asp and so does Frejus : http://www.sftrf.fr/web/guest/accueil :bulb:

Also found this for Fraench tolls : http://www.autoroutes.fr/en/homepage.html, this for eurovignette and Maut : http://www.ages.de/index.jsp?cnt=20&lng=31&sItem=128, for Italy : http://www.autostrade.it/en/chi-siamo/index.html?initPos=1 and for Spain http://www.aseta.es/index_i.htm Hope this helps.

If you use the French Autoroutes site
go to > Your Route > More Options

Put in your start point in France and your end point in whichever country it is (Milano, Italy for eg)
Then tell it your driving a Lorry/Truck
the next option is size of truck (-3.5t, -12t, +12t and +12t with trailer or artic).
You can set way points in the next section, Tunnel de Frejus for eg

It will then tell you all the tolls. all the way through.
You’ll probably have to experiment a bit, to make it take the route you want to use.

try reading the EURO sticky , and
the links to those various sites which
have been placed there as a help,
for those looking for information,
,

reims to Geneve was €158 give or take an euro (other way around) yesterday i was a bit short on time to use the nationals and the boss wanted the load back

Yeah, shame innit? Twenty years ago I was driving up the Nationals and stopping for a meal at a Routiers. Now it’s just 11 hours off in a French MSA.

You can’t really transit the Nationals any more apart from a few stretches and I’m sure they will be gone soon.

id normally still come off at bourg and run the national to vesoul and up to Lux as you cant go via tunnell chat i think its €50 from geneve and then only €8 for a vignette but you need a few more hours
but if anyone knows any other national way you can still use to get to calais/Reims (i know the st diz route) let me know as the auto routes in france are not my cuppa tea
