Toll Collect Cancellation charge

Today I recieved a letter from toll collect stateing they have changed their terms and conditions of trading, if you book a route via a terminal or by the internet and have to cancel that route for whatever reason you will be made to pay a cancellation fee. :imp:
This will be if you are re-routed for no fault of your own I.E an autobhan has been closed or if the office or your custemer says the loading details have changed.
You can wright to toll collect within the next 6 weeks from today and voice your opinion and protest at this totaly unjust charge, the toll collect address can be found at service@toll-collect.de.
In my opinion it seems they are trying to recope :smiling_imp: the great losses they have incurred due to all the technical problems they have had in setting up this system

That isn’t a new condition, that’s been there for months the letter was just clarifying that point for users. Writing to say you don’t accept the other changes to the Terms and Conditions will just mean that they will, with proper notice, terminate the business relationship which means not being able to go to Germany.
