There are quite a few omissions - the College Road toll in Dulwich in south London springs to mind as I used to travel down that road a lot as a child (closed to trucks, though). And the Humber Bridge is partly in Lincolnshire (well, North Lincs, but they don’t seem to use new counties in that list).
