Hi, can anyone please advise or point me in the right direction on what the tolls charges will increase to on running a Euro 2 Truck thru Germany/Austria or Swiss as from the 1st Jan 08.

I’ve had a look at the Austrian Go-Box and the German Toll Collect sites.
Go-Box says nothing about Euro emissions at all. Toll Collect set their rates on 1st September this year and these run until 30th Sept’ next year. The press release is here.
