I DONT HAVE DIGI LICENCE
If i continue to renew my licence .pay medical.i will have to pay the cpc course myself.purchase digi card.
presently driving a boxvan for a local bakery.nightshift.not hard work .nobody bothers us .virtualy own boss.only delay sometimes is waiting for paperwork in the morning.
wages are about local average.wee get paid basic +commission.in summertime when holidays are on it can double 
what i earn in wintertime.
for me its catch 22 i would not be any better off driving hgv locally+i have limited expeirence of hgvdriving like so many members.

The DCPC isn’t just for HGV’s, you might need one anyway for to drive the box van.
If this is the case hopefully your present employer will fund this for you.
You should be able to get a cheapy medical and a digicard for nicely under £100.
The renewal itself is now free.
Otherwise if you get to September(?) 2014 without a DCPC and no intention of funding it
yourself you will need to look for a change of career.
