are there any external transport managers ™ on this forum? ie holders of transport manager certificate of professional competence (TMCPC) acting as nominated TM on O-licences but are remote from the business. If so, would you be interested in joining an information sharing group?
Yes i have done it a couple of times, but due to Vosa taking a keen interest on this practice i have backed off, it is mainly because vosa do not like a dedicated t/m to live so far away and not being able to check the operation it is very easy to take a lot of blame if it is not run to a standard, so fines etc and a possible revoke of the cpc licence as not being of good repute.
