It won’t be a load shift he has curtains
Apparently from someone who was there the car pulled out in front of him and he tried to avoid hitting her.

Looks like he was carrying timber so possibly top heavy and maybe even double stacked like loads out of AJ Scott’s up Wooperton so hopefully it was strapped otherwise it could be a loadshift and also on a roundabout speed has to come into consideration, or maybe the car has pulled out as the truck was coming around forcing him to take evasive action and the nature of the load has made it go over, who knows.

My 3rd suggestion was right then as looking at the pics the car is past the give way lines on the junction/roundabout

Where did you hear that? I have been led to believe something completely different by another witness.
Just curious.

I heard from a reasonably reliable source the lorry just suddenly tipped over which may suggest the load moved for whatever reason!
Someone commented on the Derby telegraph Facebook that that’s what happened that’s why I said apparently as I didn’t actually see it

A little bit further forward for the BMW and the roof box probably would’ve saved the drivers position

Keedwells aint the brightest ,probley reading this at the time viewtopic.php?f=2&t=153983
During the “beast from the east” I was driving back to base one night on the M6, road was empty. The wind was insane, very hard to stick to my lane. A genius car driver was also having issues with the wind, but realised if he just stayed to my right hand side, my wagon would block the wind from getting to his little car. Could have got himself killed.
It’s reported elsewhere that the Keedwell guy was over the limit!!
How do you know it’s Keedwells
