6 Axle tipper = 44 tonne Gross, 30 tonne is rare but I think most get a good 27 tonne on them

Cf 6x2 and Rothdean Triaxle low side trailer = 29 Tonne payload (iirc)

I have 85 CF Spacecab with the 17.5inch mid lift with a full tank 300ltrs and me i can get 29800 legally

Here’s a few recent payloads I’ve loaded recently (all 44t mgw)
Smiths Bletchington artics, all pull SDC aggregate trailers fitted with Quiksilver body liners to protect the floors and units are mid lifts:
Foden Alpha day cabs* 29800-30000.
Daf CF day cabs 29500
*Awaiting delivery of 1x MAN day cab and 1x Scania day cab with matching trailers to replace the 2x Fodens.

R.A Adams MAN TGX units with bulk tippers around 29t
Barry Jeffreys’ Volvo FHs around 29t
I’ve loaded the odd unit pulling a scrap metal trailer, these are about 27 (they’re steel though)
I loaded an FH16 with Aliweld trailer, 28800
Ian Lawson (Carlisle) FM with bulk trailer 29200

tipping at beatson Clarke barnsley, industrial sand from moneystone quarry after tipping coal at caulden low (lafarge)

I can get 29800kg on this legally.

That’s a rarity DF; A next gen Alpha on a 51 plate. We’ve got 2x 02 reg rigids with the old 85 cab, Dads’ 02 was one of the first in Oxfordshire.

It’s defiantly a 51 plate Muckaway but I did drive a 03 plate 8 wheeler for Barry Wood in Buxton that was an Alpha 1. I wish I’d taken some pictures of it, in fact he had two of them.
