I need an independent on site risk assessment made on a hydraulic ram tipper trailer, it is for presentation to a large construction company.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I am based in the West midlands.

The tipper manufacturer should have a risk assessment for the operation of their equipment. Give this to any competent, qualified Safety Consultant and they should be able to do the full risk assessment from a site visit. My experience of BIG construction companies has been they prefer you have a NEBOSH certified consultant on retainer.
