It is nice to know that all the bad mouthed staff are north of watford… 
But anyway back to the post…i must agree with all the posters and agree that we should never be used and abused, and to always put them in their place…i normally tell them that i wish to be treated with the same respect that i am giving them…
Of course at the end of the day most companies will back the depot staff as they dont want to seem to be one sided, and after all look after their customer and contract…a driver they can replace…a contract is more difficult…our company always tells its drivers not to argue…but to call the traffic office for them to sort out.
