Load of flowers back to Cairnryan boat 5.5hrs (45@ Leeming Bar).

quick shower and collect shipped trailer and got as far as Sainsburys East Kilbride,
dropped trailer and parked up.
9hr 58min driving,
canny get it any sharper 
Bounce down to 2400P&O boat after 9hr rest and home 4am Fri for Xmas. 
Merry Christmas and HNY to all on TN.

The roads were bloody good for me too yesterday.
Started at Orwell Crossing Truck-stop, 1st drop at Low Prudhoe (nr Newcastle), 2nd at Ponteland, finished my day in Immingham with 9h 32m driving!

I was having to contend with a demo MAN480 that was set@ 54mph flat lit and 50mph on the A75 and then guts of 42T gross north on A77@ 45/48mph due to those aul time lapse camera’s!!![emoji52]

And I have had to contend with a week of adblue problems on my R450. Been to four different Scania dealerships on my journeys trying to get it fixed. Spalding, Stansted, Purfleet and now Milton Keynes where I left the bloody thing tonight!
Each one has cleared the ‘fault’ resulting in limp mode reinstating itself an hour or so after I have left.
sod adblue, euro 5/6 whatsit, computers on lorries and everthing else this week…roll on retirement 
Pah, I did 10 hours on the button to get a rigid back to the yard from a run to Cardiff and Birmingham.
It’s unusual for me to even be “at work” for 10 hours in a day, never mind actually driving for that length of time…!

My shift today is 0800 start, Livingston to cairnryan (1530 ferry) then wait at stenaline for the other 1530 coming over from Belfast then back to livingston

No mate. I dont fly and I dont float
I am parked at Stena now. The trailer I am picking up is in Belfast.
On the bright side, the trailer I brought down is Mondays run brought forward but I am still booked for 0800. I wont get a trailer until at least 1200. They don’t know that I know that and nobody has told me to start later. That’s 4 hours of waiting around on double time
