For a good sleep you will need blackout curtains that work properly and make the room completely dark, otherwise your pineal gland won’t tell brain it is dark and time for sleeping. Also don’t try and eat a big meal until you have been awake for a good hour. Also at the end of week try and only get about 4 hours sleep otherwise you will up half the following night.
i would be a bit concerned about getting enough shut eye.
If you’re not finishing till 11.00 , then get home, get showered etc etc, I doubt that you will get to bed before 1.00 and I imagine that you will still be a bit keyed up so will take a while to settle. Then planning on getting up around 17.00/18.00 is only giving you about 5-6 hours absolute max.
Gonna be tired the following night half way through the shift.
take all the advice from regular night workers, if tired STOP and have a quick 20 mins shut eye.
One of those cheap electric kitchen timers is ideal to stop you oversleeping on the job.

Drink lots of water at night to flush out the toxins.
Try to avoid too much caffeine and energy drinks as you get a low slump after the quick buzz.
Proplus are ideal if needed.
Avoid the garage junk food.Get the wife to cook a chicken with some pasta or rice.
Most night drivers take a tacho break near the fuel pumps to avoid waking up day drivers sleeping at Msa’s.
If I was doing this job I’d go to bed at 5 or 6pm then get up at 11pm ish and treat it like an early shift.
That just how I think I’d be better off working it,each bloke is different
Get used to putting your hand out the window when its raining or rubbing the water of the mirror and wiping it over your face about 4am each morning to “refresh” you,
ESPECIALLY the 1st night back after your weekly rest

Foam ear plugs to sleep in the day.
Get some blackout curtains or blackout liners for normal curtains. Massively cuts down the light that goes through them.
Hold the phone,looks like the shifts changing from 12-11 to 10-9 that’s seems nicer
much better hours, not perfect but much better.
