Sat 1 : worked until 4pm and start following Monday at 4am. Reduced rest so 9 hrs to pay back.
Sat 2 : worked until 12 noon and start following Monday at 4am. Reduced rest so 5 hrs to pay back.
Sat 3 : worked until 12 noon and start following Monday at ■■?
I think I’m right in saying that I have to pay back 14 hrs from the last 2 Saturdays plus 45 hrs minimum rest from this (the third) week?
Or is it forbidden to work three consecutive Saturdays in this way?
We need to know how much break you had at the beginning of the first week to be able to give you a definitive answer. It’s certainly possible to take a reduced rest two weekends in a row, provided you have a full rest every other fixed week.
Assuming you normally work mon to fri then doing 3 sats in a row is deffo illegal and doing 2 in a row is likely to be illegal unless its a one off managed by say having 4 days off at easter for example
I am referring to sats which cause a reduced weekly rest

As far as I’m aware you have to have a 45 hour rest every other weekend regardless of whether you have compensated any previous reduction.
Generally you are correct - compensation cannot be done in advance and every other fixed week must have a regular weekly rest in it BUT there is the possibility of doing what looks like 2 reduced in row but can be legal

It looks like you have more than likely broken the rules - although you haven’t really provided enough information to be certain.
In any two consecutive fixed weeks a driver must take at least TWO weekly rest periods one of which must be a regular 45 hour or more and the other can be reduced. But as Rog has said there are circumstances where it is possible to reduce twice in a row - but we need to know what your previous weekly rest was prior to the first reduced Saturday. Realistically we might have to even look further back than that to be sure.
The compensation is due by the end of the third week following the week that you reduced - so you don’t need to compensate the first Saturday yet and the 2nd Saturday a week after the first.

Based only on the information given that is illegal unless you also had a full weekly rest that could be used for week 1. It appears you’ve had two consecutive weeks with only reduced weekly rest periods

Not before 09:00

you’re not right in saying that, you only need 45 this week. You have until Sunday midnight next week to pay back the 9 and Sunday midnight the week after for the 5 hours. You have until the end of, i.e. midnight Sunday, the third week following the reduction so if you reduce in week one the third week following that is week 4.

Generally it is but there are circumstances that will allow it to happen, usually involving bank Holiday weekends or annual leave.
