I own lorry which i park at my house ,i live in a rural area not on a housing estate i have a lorry which i want to renovate so applied for planning permission to build a new garage to be able to do this ,the local council gave me permission for the renovation lorry to be parked up at my home but then refused the planning for the garage ,i also have a scania tractor which i park there also the scania is not on any operators licence and is not used commercially because of the nature of the scania being a commercial vehicle the council have told me i cant park it at home because its a commercial vehicle and im not allowed to park a lorry on private houses if the scania is used as a show vehicle is it still classed as commercial i could use the scania as a private vehicle and use it as my car i know its not practical but the council are now doing my head in saying ive got to move it by the end of march sorry for the long winded explanation does a commercial vehicle allways remain a commercial vehicle.

register it as a motorhome, then tell the council to do one
