Probably an elderly driver, judging by their speed. I don’t see how you couldn’t see that’s a roundabout; they all have one-way signs and the roads leading you into it all point you towards the left. That said, I don’t see why the Daily Mail made a story out of this; you can only see one bit of the action and they weren’t driving like a maniac and didn’t injure anyone.

This is not a new event on this particular intersection. Ive witnessed several times, people getting it wrong, although for the life of me, I cant fathom how. Then, there is the ‘Cambridge driver phenomenom’, not very much driving talent, to see the least…
