The issues in this are exactly what DCPC and the Stobarts telly PR offensive are designed to address. Unfortunately, what the 3 pages of babbling management speak overlooks is customers prefer a cheap loaf of bread over one delivered by a driver with paper qualifications, of questionable value, and a slick corporate image.
