They let everything get to them. They hate their fellow motorists. In turn they slowly start to hate people and hate the job and hate everything.
This guy suffers from truckers disease. I have heard reports that over 20% of truck drivers suffer from this.
What a wonderful ambassador and representative of us drivers, articulately portraying our daily difficulties and plghts on the road, that we all have to deal with on a daily basis. 
Sorry but to me he just comes across as a stressed, neurotic,.arrogant clown, doing nothing for our already poor image. .
Ffs the guyās stress levels are off the scale, heās early heart attack material, he must be totally knackered at the end of his working day with all that judging and road marshalling.
We all get mad with dicks on the road, but Jeez.
If the job is getting to him that much,.he should call it a day before the stress kills him.

It was apparently for an ITV doc called āCar crash Britain 2ā 5 years ago which was most likely on ITV2 late at night. Doesnāt exactly say much for the programme and should have been on Channel 5.
As for constant stressheads, most will end up with short driving careers due to failing medicals or the aforementioned heart attacks / strokes.
Must admit, Iād hate to do this job during the day now. I went nights as theres less cars getting in annoying places and if I finish past 6am its horrible. Occasionally come out of Bradford at 6 and that reminds me never to go back to days. But could rarely be bothered to get that stressed.
