Imagine that first-person trucker trying to explain to the cops that “No officer this is NOT my fault!” - With this dashcam footage, he’s off the hook!
Without it…? - Stupid arse car driver would have ruined an extra life on top of their own.
The other truck won’t be held to fault because they were hit in the rear.
I don’t think there’s many of us who’d argue “I’d have missed that car, if I’d been driving.”
I’m among those that would have clouted the bouncing wreckage exactly the same as everyone else I reckon… 
I started watching the vid thinking the DHL driver was going to clip the back of a car on the hard shoulder… 
Dash cams ARE the best thing ever invented for road users imo…anyone who disagrees consider this-
Someone I know of had a man literally throw himself on the ground in front of him to commit suicide,unfortunately the driver had absolutely no chance of avoiding him and the guy that wanted to commit suicide succeeded…but without the dash cam as there was no witnesses the driver would of been left trying to convince the court that he was not guiltly of causing the death of the pedestrian.
She’s a very lucky woman to have survived an accident like that

This video dates from August 2014, the crash happened on the Belgian E40 Highway near the town of Aalter, East-flanders province, Belgium.
The driver of the Ford was taken to hospital with life treathening injuries (no ■■■■…) but I could not find any information about wether she survived or not. Video is courtesy of Marian Wojcik.
The action happens around the one minute mark.UPDATE: apparently the women only suffered two broken vertebra and a pulverized hand. She’ll live another day, no kids were in the car just her.

at least it looks like her ■■■■■ survived the crash and got flung clear…every cloud… 
She should have her licence taken away forever as a deterrent. Tough on her but we need it as a world.
It’s the bounceback that I wouldn’t have been prepared for myself here… One might anticipate being overtaken at the last moment, and the car swerving across all lanes and braking right in front of you as well… But that other truck being in the way (no fault of his) at the critical moment - randomized the entire event!
Note the expanding debris field from the car… Dora bottles, Hello Kitty bags… Crayons… If there had been any kids in the car, that debris field would have contained bits of kids as well.
I hope the mum realises how lucky she, and her whole “not there in the back today” family were in all of this…

You could spend hours on YouTube looking at incidents like this (tho’ this is a bad one) and it amazes me how these people just carry on! The W&D driver - gone!
