I just think that if we ram his car, there would be court involved, so you should have something to cover your arse, otherwise there will be his word against your word. Thats why I would record his behaviour.

IMO, driver did the right thing…let the cops deal with it, more hassle than its worth if he jumped out and lamped him one.
